MISSION STATEMENT

OUR MISSION

We firmly believe that the family, as a natural institution, lies at the heart of a healthy society. Our primary mission is to cultivate a supportive professional community where individuals and families can unite, to create new paths for personal growth and communion.

Our core values are rooted in the dignity of every individual as God’s image and the unique responsibility that each family holds in the course of history and humanity.

INCREASE THE PRESENCE OF GOD IN FAMILY LIFE

In today’s world, we are often distracted by work and entertainment, and life’s many anxieties can make it easy to forget God’s ever-presence in our families. Here at HFRC, we can teach various prayer methods based on the different spiritualties of our patron saints…

MOTIVATE FAMILIES TO LIVE THE CATHOLIC FAITH

The renewal of the family begins with the three theological virtues: Faith, hope, and charity. We believe that our lives are meant to be a journey of continual renewal, even if we’ve already experienced some traumas and broken relationships. For this reason..

EMPOWER MENTAL HEALTH FOR FAMILIES

Empowering people to live more fully and connect with each other can be challenging. Many families experience a mixture of happiness and frustration combined with anxiety and emotional wounds. Mental health demands dedication, commitment, consistency…

MEET THE FOUNDER

“My experience as a mother is the essence of my vocation”

“Hi! My name is Carolina Malpica. I’m a professional health counselor, and I’ve been married for 30 years, blessed with 4 children.

I studied theology for 2 years in Spain with a Jesuit missionary congregation named Lumen Dei, an institution founded by a Jesuit priest, Rodrigo Molina. There, I learned to live in a religious community and experience a deep conversion, beginning to understand the unconditional love of God for me. I also learned the importance of prayer as an essential act of love toward God and how to love others. For this reason, I have a passion to guide people in their spiritual journey as a mother, counselor, and spiritual director.

In 2010, I founded the ministry “Disciples of the Holy Family” in my local parish, Saint John XXIII, in Miramar, Florida, and directed it for 10 years until my husband and I, inspired by the Holy Spirit and the guidance of several priests, decided to initiate the Holy Family Renewal Center.
