CATHOLIC SPIRITUAL RETREATS
Here at HFRC, we offer spiritual guidance and encounters through Catholic spiritual retreats. The church teach us that the process of internal healing and personal growth finds its fulfillment with a personal encounter with Jesus .We organize the folowing retreats : St jonh the apostle for men ,St Mary Magdalene for women , Wedding of canna for couples, and Jesus lost and found in the temple for youth.These retreats are under under the Ignatian spirituality, inviting each individual to establish a personal relationship with God through prayer and silent reflection. This will help to live fully the great commandment of love: “Love the Lord your God with all your heart… and love your neighbor as yourself.” (Matthew 22:37-39)
HOLY FAMILY PILGRIM IMAGE
HFRC offers to parish communities and families to receive our pilgrim image of the Holy Family with its prayer book for each day. This will help encourage prayer in the family. The Christian family is called to daily prayer, cultivating this habit in the children. This image will be for 30 days and will be returned to HFRC or to the parishes, giving testimony as a family. With this prayer, the promise of Christ is fulfilled: ‘For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them “(Matthew 18:19).”
EDUCATIONAL SEMINARS AND GROUP THERAPY
Here at HFRC, we offer seminars to provide effective and necessary guidance for educating families through courses in different fields such as family psychology and theology. This will help establish a keen awareness and understanding of the most significant family moral values and commitments that should be adopted to flourish as individuals and in the vocation of marriage.
MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELING
At HFRC, we are committed to providing personalized counseling services for individuals, couples, and families, with the aim of addressing specific family needs. Additionally, informed by research and alarming findings on domestic abuse, pornography, and addictive behaviors, HFRC is planning to provide comprehensive drug recovery programs for both youth and adults, domestic abuse programs for women and children , pornography recovery programs ,and intensive mental health treatment based on different needs.
RENEWAL CENTER BUILDING PROJECT
With the constant support of our generous donors, HFRC has the firm initiative to continually expand through various projects focused on mental health rehabilitation and spiritual retreats. This growth will allow us to achieve the wonderful goal of consolidating all our services and activities in a single building center. This process will be carried out, relying on the providence of God and the invaluable collaboration of our donors, with the purpose of guiding all families and individuals receiving our services toward a unique and authentic journey of human flourishing and renewal.
